WHAT CAN YOU USE IT FOR?
Daily Prayer Companion – Place the Sacred Heart on your nightstand, desk, or family prayer table. Use it as a visual cue to pray this short aspiration daily:
“Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You.”

Home Altar or Door Blessing- Attach the craft to your front door or family altar to consecrate your home to the Sacred Heart. You can say:
“Sacred Heart of Jesus, bless our home and all who enter.”

METHOD:
Start with the red square and fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle; crease well and unfold.
Repeat with the opposite diagonal.
Fold the paper in half vertically and horizontally, then unfold—creating a grid of creases.
Bring the top edges toward the centre crease, folding them down into a kite shape.
Fold the top point of the kite down so its tip meets the base.
Flip the model over.
Fold the side points inward to the centre, the top flaps down slightly to round the top of the heart and tuck the bottom point up to shape the bottom tip neatly (optional – glue the folds down)
Cut a flame shape from your yellow paper and glue it behind the heart.
Draw a cross on the flames centre using a marker.
Add a crown of thorns: draw a circular thorny border around the heart.
Add a line at the bottom and a teardrop shape below it to resemble a slash in which blood comes from.
